The secret to an excellent hummus, I believe, is good quality salt and plenty of it!


Ingredients:

400g chickpeas

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp coriander

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp salt

1/3 cup tahini

1 large clove garlic

1/2 lemon, freshly squeezed

Olive oil to your desired consistency :)


Method:

Blend


***Add more salt or spices to taste
