Everyone loves a good date ball :P Play around with the ingredients in date balls to get a different flavour combo every time!
Jazz this recipe up by coated each ball in 2 layers of melted chocolate and freezing to set.
Ingredients:
14 Dates
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup hazelnuts
1/4 cup collagen powder (I use Nutra Organics)
3 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp cinnamon
3 grinds Himalayan sea salt
Method:
Add to a food processor and blend until it becomes a sticky consistency.
Grab 1 tbsp mixture and roll into balls
Store in the fridge Enjoy!
