Berry Smoothie

You don't have to add absolutely everything to your blender to get incredible nutritional benefits. Keep it simple.


Berries contain antioxidants and vitamin C, supporting immune, cardiovascular and skin health.
Cultured coconut yoghurt (I buy this starter culture), provide probiotics to support a vibrant and diverse microbiome in your gut
Cinnamon is antimicrobial and works to regulate blood sugar levels
Protein supports the function and structure of your body, regenerating and repairing muscle tissue

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Organic frozen berries

1 tbsp coconut yoghurt

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 lemon, flesh

1 serve of vanilla protein powder


Method:

Blend and drink
