Crispy 'Fried' Chicken

This Delicious and Satisfying Crunchy Chicken provides an abundance of nourishment AND Tastiness! The perfect ‘feel good’ meal.


Ingredients:

200g shredded roast chicken

1/3 cup tahini

1 tbsp mustard 

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Salt and Pepper

1 tbsp coconut Oil 


Method:

1. Mix tahini, acv, mustard, salt and pepper together to form a dressing.

2. Combine the dressing with the chicken ensuring the it coats the chicken evenly.

3. Heat a pan and melt 1 tbsp of coconut oil. Add the chicken to the hot pan and stir consistently.

4. To achieve the crunch factor, you need to keep cooking until the chicken starts sticking to the bottom of a pan. Keep 'scraping' this off with a wooden spoon/ spatula until it's reached a golden, crunchy and delicious crisp.

Kale Chips

Sautéed Greens

Sweet Potato Chips

Kimchi / Sauerkraut
